SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Your products will normally be shipped on the working day after you place your order – check the estimated delivery time for your country in the list below. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery after your order has left our warehouse. Your order will be delivered  to the address you specified. 

DELIVERY

Orders are shipped by our dedicated courier service and depending on your location you will be provided with a unique tracking reference. All orders will be sent out within 48hours of payment. We can not in any way be held responsible for non receipt of packets that have been mailed. On delivery of your products, you will be asked to sign for the goods and to inspect all the goods that have been unpacked to ensure you accept them. For this reason you should be present at delivery yourself. However, if you do ask someone else to take delivery for you, then you must make sure that they are aware of what they need to do.

DELAYS

Occasionally the delivery of your goods may be delayed by circumstances outside our control. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods or to have them ready for collection within the original approximate time frame then we will notify you of the delay and new time frame as soon as possible. If you cannot wait for the goods, you must let us have notice of cancellation from the person who placed the order within 10 calendar days of you receiving notification about the delay. If we receive your notice of cancellation as set out above within such 7 day period, then we will let you have a full refund. This request must be e-mailed to deerlickridge@gmail.com

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All unused merchandise may be returned for refund or exchanged for other merchandise within 30 days of invoice date.


No returns of diaphragm mouth calls. Please inspect your order when it arrives. Call us if there is a problem. 423-836-3411.


Items returned that are accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax.


If you do not have your receipt please call us for a return authorization. Shipping charges on a return are the customer’s responsibility.
